Caria Property Management was founded after we repeatedly witnessed the same two frustrations among rental property owners in the Atlanta market. Some owners were self-managing, fielding late-night maintenance calls, chasing rent, and navigating tenant turnovers entirely on their own. Others had hired a property management company, only to deal with unpredictable fees that shifted from month to month with no clear explanation.
